Integrando matemática e ciências: uma atividade STEAM na educação primária
Resumo
Este artigo estuda a interdisciplinaridade entre ciência e matemática sobre alimentos. Para isso, na primeira parte, fundamenta-se a Educação STEAM, a alfabetização alimentar em STEAM e a Educação para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável (EDS); Na segunda parte, apresenta-se uma atividade STEAM – Conte o que você come – em que são exploradas características das frutas e legumes. A descrição da atividade contém observações de sua aplicação a um grupo multisseriado de 47 crianças (3 e 9 anos) de uma escola espanhola. Conclui-se que a natureza desta atividade STEAM pode impactar favoravelmente o consumo vegetal pelas crianças.
